Welcome to The Unbearable Lightness of Bean, a farm-to-cup coffee roastery, shop,
and coffee education center in downtown Denver.
We are a farm-to-cup coffee roastery and shop. We work directly with farmers all over the world to purchase the highest-quality beans at a fair price. We specialize in light to medium roasts in order to preserve the complexity and character of the coffee.
Every batch of beans is different. We use our 20+ years of experience to skillfully roast each batch in a way that brings out the best expression of each bean.
Want to sharpen your coffee knowledge? Every Saturday and Sunday at 11am, we have small classes on cupping, brewing methods, espresso techniques, and more. Please sign up in person at the shop. Space is limited.
